This 12-week programme will teach you simple tools and techniques that are proven to support mental and emotional wellbeing. All our work is done outside – we really do take you outside so you feel good on the inside!
We’ve been running this programme in organisations for several years and continue to be blown away by the changes people experience in just 12 weeks. Following a pilot programme in Cardiff that has seen similar success for individuals, we’re now delighted to be bringing our 12-week programme to the lovely people of Bristol for the first time.
The group will be no more than 12 people, creating a safe space to explore. Each session has a different theme, enabling you to look at different aspects of your life and, if you choose to do so, make changes that will have you creating a life you truly love.

However you’re feeling, our programme can help. Exploring different areas of your work and life in a small group of like-minded people, led by an expert facilitator, can have a transformational impact on your life – enabling you to really live a life you love.

Each session lasts for 75 minutes and takes place outside, whatever the weather.
When: Wednesdays at 12.30pm. Each session will be finished by 1.45pm.
Dates: Starting 11th September and and finishing on Wednesday 27th November.
Where: Brandon Hill, BS1 (exact meeting point to be confirmed)
Group size: Maximum of 12
Cost: £399 (which can be paid in three installments)
Early-bird discount of £50 when you confirm and pay for your place by 31 July.
