As a Fresh Air Fridays facilitator, you don’t have to have everything figured out, but you do need to fully engage in the process of personal development and be committed to your total wellbeing. Being a Fresh Air Fridays facilitator is exactly that, it’s about the being rather than the doing.
Fresh Air Fridays focus on total wellbeing, which incorporates all aspects of ourselves; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. How to do this will vary and be different for everyone. What is consistent is how to achieve that, which is what Fresh Air Fridays can provide.
At the heart of Fresh Air Fridays is community and connection. We are open and honest with ourselves and with each other, creating a safe space to explore what is most important to us and those around us. Facilitators access the skills, support and space to promote their own wellbeing and then create that on their own sessions for others to experience.

Fresh Air Fridays is passionate about positively impacting on the wellbeing of individuals. We aim to have sessions running all over the country every day of the week so that everyone has access to the skills, support and space that is required to support their total wellbeing.
