I’m an experienced and passionate coach and facilitator. What I love best is to support and equip people to be at their best, whatever situations they are in – whether at work rest and play.
I’ve always loved being outside in natural environments and I know that this activity opens up our minds to offer us a fresh perspective, stimulates our creativity and helps us to think about our lives more clearly. Fresh Air Fridays is all about this. Instead of feeling as though you’re going at a million miles an hour, with no time to take stock, my sessions will give you time and space outside in beautiful natural spaces. You’ll get to spend quality time with like-minded people, exploring a range of topics that support your wellbeing and personal development. It’s a holistic approach to wellbeing – not just the physical side, but mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing too.
During my sessions, we’ll be walking in some of the beautiful countryside around Alresford in Hampshire, while we explore a different topic each month. These sessions will give you an opportunity to invest in yourself, take time out and focus on what you need. There’ll also be refreshments provided – not only healthy, but delicious too!

There are two opportunities to attend a FREE Fresh Air Fridays taster session in Southampton.
10am and 12.30pm on Thursday 17th January.
Sessions will last for 90 minutes.
