The well-being agenda impacts every business. You know that the well-being of your staff affects the bottom line of your business.  What is required is long term sustainable change, that empowers employees to make changes for themselves. Tackling problems of stress, presenteeism and total well-being has staff be more engaged, happier and better able to perform at work. Well-being is about much more than physical health and our courses tackle the mental and emotional side of well-being that underpins how your staff cope with what’s expected of them.

Our 12 week programme will improve staff well-being; making them happier, more focused and productive.

People who have taken the course are more able to cope with stressful situations, are more focused and better able to work as a team. The skills they learn will make them more creative, better at problem solving – both individually and in groups. They will be able to positively  respond to circumstances rather than react to them.

The hidden benefits…

The skills taught as part of this programme, combined with the process of walking, improve wellness, engagement and output. Being outside walking is an essential part of this programme as it supports learning and change, as well as having overall health benefits. Research shows that walking regularly can dramatically improve a person’s health. Encouraging the habit of walking has  a massive effect on the wellness of staff. Well staff have fewer absences and are generally happier, which is great for individual and team performance.

We decided to pilot fresh air coaching for a number of reasons including improving productivity, well-being and exposing willing volunteers to a range of tools and techniques that would help them in the workplace and in their personal life. The results were amazing all the participants were able to provide hard evidence of how the course had made a difference and gave a presentation to our executive team on outcomes and impact.
