Fresh Air Fridays works with businesses, organisations and individuals to support and improve mental and emotional wellbeing.
We believe that everyone deserves to have the knowledge, skills and confidence to look after their own wellbeing and that of the people around them.
We do this through our innovative 12-session programmes, which cover a range of topics, enabling participants to explore different areas of their work and life and make changes, if they choose to do so.
Each session also contains a set of simple but transformational exercises, including breathing and relaxation, giving participants the skills they need to look after their mental health and wellbeing.
